That’s why we offer different levels of servicing at Towers Automotive. From Logbook servicing to maintain your New Car Warranty, to annual servicing or even just a Health Check.
We can even do an intermediate oil change if you are travelling through Charters Towers towing a caravan. Over the last 20 years in business we’ve seen almost everything when it comes to servicing, so we can make recommendations for you and your vehicle.
Dealer Servicing and New Car Warranty
At Towers Automotive we comply with requirements of servicing new cars and use quality parts and oils at all times, so you can be sure we are maintaining your new car to the best standard.
Whilst you are not required to go back to the dealer to keep your new car warranty it is important to check the fine print of any extra-care warranty you may have paid for at the time of purchase.

Servicing outside Warranty Periods
If your car is a little older there are still guidelines to servicing outside of the Warranty period. Every service that is booked is checked against the schedule and a free estimate is text at the time of booking so you are aware of everything that is due or required.
If you’ve been to us before, we already have a comprehensive Vehicle Report that carries forward so we can keep an eye on any items identified at the last service.
